　　The appliers must be on-the-job employees(including migrant employees) who have trade union membership of enterprises and institutions in Yichang City. The employees(migrant employees)shall take part in on-the-job vocational training and obtain the vocational qualification certificates issued by Yichang Human Resources and Society Security Department after January 1, 2017 (information of the qualification certificate can be found on the relevant official website); The employees must work in the first line of relevant trades. Such as farm or forest farm of primary industry,mining, manufacturing, construction industry, electricity, heat, gas, water production and supply industry of secondary industry, and transportation, storage and postal services,information transmission, software and information technology services industry, etc.The employees shall be dedicated to his or her work and motivated to work hard, then they can choose the type of work related to their jobs to apply for subsidies. The employees with the professional qualification certificate of the same level can apply for the training subsidy for only once, while the employees having different levels of qualifications can apply for the training subsidy according to the highest professional qualification certificate.

　　The training subsidy standard is 300 yuan for each person who has obtained the vocational qualification certificate of junior skills (level 5); Each person who has obtained an intermediate (level 4) or advanced skills (level 3) vocational qualification certificate will receive a subsidy of 400 yuan; those who have obtained professional qualification certificates for technicians (level 2) and senior technicians (level 1) will receive a subsidy of 500 yuan.
