　　According to reports, the Xiling Traffic Police Brigade recently has repeatedly received reports from the masses that the illegal parking in the section of unallocated parking spaces on east side of Guangchang Road often happens, resulting in traffic jams on this section. From September 25, the Xiling Traffic Police Brigade will strictly manage this section through three methods of snapping by electronic surveillance, pasting reminder when policeman is patrolling on the spot and towing the car. At that time, the digital room of Xiling Traffic Police Brigade will intensify the real-time inspection inthis section and adopt electronic monitoring to snap the illegally parked vehicles, deducting 3 points and imposing a fine of 100 yuan for the drivers of the illegal vehicles.
