From October 8thon, all the outlets of Hubei Bank in Yichang City will comprehensively handle the retail sale, registration, renewal, replacement and reissue of the annual tour cards, including the setup of the application of the citizen card as the annual tour cards. And Yichang Bus Group IC Card Management Center will no longer handle such annual tour card service. Since October 1st, the Yichang Annual Tour Card Website will stop providing online renewal and recharge services of the card, and card users can turn to any off-line outlets for help. Users who have successfully recharged their cards online through the website before the deadline can still use the card after registration at off-line outlets. The original annual tour cards are still usable and rechargeable.
From October 1st on, Yichang Bus Group's outlets will stop the bus recharge service of the tour card. The balance of the card’s bus wallet can still be used until it is used up, and then, users can choose to download the Yizhixing APP to take a bus or use a Union Pay chip card, or open the bus function of citizen card, or buy a bus IC card.
