On September 26, the reporter learned from the Municipal Administration of Public Resource Trade that the first public resource electronic trade platform in Hubei Province has been established in Yichang, which promotes the full electronic operation of public resources trading, achieving the information sharing and bringing conveniences to enterprises.

　　It is introduced that Yichang was the first city that has set up the central platform of municipal public resource trading in Hubei Province, which integrates the project bidding, governmental procurement, property rights transactions as well as land and resources transactions. Meanwhile, it also promotes the construction of the transaction platform of “Integration of Cities and Counties”, integrating all the transaction projects of the central urban district and the sub-centers of the 13 counties.

　　Up to now, the rate of full electronic operation of the municipal construction projects has increased from 60% to 99%, and the rate of governmental procurement projects has risen to 95%. 11 county centers, namely 85% of the counties, have achieved full electronic operation.
