The photo exhibition " Gorgeous Yichang" was opened to the public in the Yichang Art Gallery (the former Yichang Museum) to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up on September 30.

　　The exhibition, organized by the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Yichang Culture, Radio and TV, Press and Publication Bureau, consists of three sections: “Gorgeous Yichang”, “Wang Daosheng and Xu Da’s Photo Works of Old Yichang Exhibition" and “Precious Historical Photos for the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Yichang High-Tech Zone”. These three sections show the great achievements of economic and social development in Yichang over the past 40 years since the reform and opening-up. More than 100 photos, like a picture scroll, reflect the great changes in Yichang from city landscape, culture, nature, green environmental protection to people's life, highlighting the gorgeous beauty of Yichang today.
