　　When the reporter arrived, a large crane had just completed the unloading of steel. Next to the crane, the stone, cuboid and curved steel structures were neatly arranged and will be used for the construction of the Mini Resort Town.

　　The "809 Mini Resort Town", with the investment of around 90 million RMB at the first phase, is a comprehensive industry-themed hotel. It is a large circular-shaped steel structure consisting of two floors. Chen Runchao, who is in charge of the construction, introduced it as a landmark of the Mini Resort Town. The hotel, whoseradius is 17.5 meters, is supported by multiple pillars and will be equipped with a circular art gallery. The whole project uses than 400 tons of steel.

　　Feng Guohe, executive general manager of the hotel, pointing to several houses along the roadside,said: “The guest rooms of the Mini Resort Town are actually transformed from the old factory buildings and staff dormitories of 809 Factory.They are the memories of the times.” The red bricks and blue tiles, arranged in different rows, reflect the "industrial style" of the 1960s. The first-phase of 809 Factory in Xialaoxi is 16,000 square meters with an investment of about 90 million RMB. The appearance of the old factory buildings, staff dormitories and other buildings is retained,but they are reinforced and their interior structure properly reshaped. The renovation projects such as pipelines, hydro power and ceilings have been basically completed. In the hotel, which is transformed from four old staff dormitories, there are 135 guest rooms and 294 beds with different types of rooms such as parent-child rooms and couple rooms.
