From 7:00 to 19:00 each day from October 14 to November 8, Jinlong Tunnel of G50 Shanghai-Chengyu Expressway from Shanghai to Chongqing is being reconstructed. Half of the tunnel is reconstructed, the other half for vehicles to go through. Drivers are suggested to plan the travel time and route in advance.

　　It is reported that traffic is put under control from Gaojiayan service area to Langping section of G50 Shanghai-Chengyu Expressway from Shanghai to Chongqing because of the reconstruction of Jinlong Tunnel. Vehicles with the width of more than 3 meters and the height of more than 4.2 meters going from Shanghai to Chongqing shall detour to G42 Shanghai Chengdu Expressway or take the Yichang Yangtze River Bridge and bypass the S68 Three Gorges dam high-speed expressway at the Zigui Port Toll Station and transfer to the river transportation. If drivers have to pass the G50 Humin Expressway, they can also stop at the Gaojiatun service area in Humin, waiting for the guided vehicles to lead safely through the reconstruction section. Other vehicles are in normal traffic. The traffic police reminded that because the section is under reconstruction in the tunnel and is restricted by the road environment, drivers should slow down when driving through the closed section of the reconstruction.
