On Oct. 21st, the reporter learned from the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Department that at present, 14 stacking places for decoration wastes in the city had all been fully put into operation, which provided a place for bulky waste, such as waste furniture, waste of housing demolition, decoration garbage, large-scale paper packaging materials and wood waste.

　　It was learned that the Notice of the Municipal People’s Government Office on Regulating the Disposal of Decoration Garbage was officially implemented in August this year. In the Notice, the placement, transportation and terminal disposal of bulky waste were regulated in detail and the guarantee system of organization, law enforcement and funds was clearly defined.

　　After two months of site selection, launching and trial operation, there are now 14 stacking places for decoration wastes in the urban area, including: four in Yiling District, located at Huangjin Road, the second elementary school in Yiling District, Rose City and Luhuan Market at Renshou Road; three places in Xiling District, located beside the College Street Office, Fusui Road, and Tiyuchang Road; two in Wujiagang District, located at Heyi West Road, Kaiguan community; one in Dianjun District, located at Hongguang community; one in Xiaoting District, located at Night Market on Jinling Road; and three in high-tech zones, located at Sijihuayuan community, Dongmingyuan community and Beiyuan community.
