(Reporter: Wang Ying) Recently, The China Three Gorges Water Town in Yuan’an County, Yichang) has been prospectively approved as National 3 A-class Scenic Spot by the Yichang Evaluation Committee of Quality Grade of Tourist Spot, which has been announced recently. There have been four 5 A-class scenic spots , seventeen 4 A-class scenic spots and twenty one 3A-class in Yichang City so far.

　　Located in Mingfeng Town, Yuan’an County, The China Three Gorges Water Town Ecological Area is only 85 miles away from downtown Yichang. It is connected by two major river systems: Nine Sub Streams and Juhe River. There are beautiful landscapes along two river banks. Also, it boasts “ Two Belts and Three Scenic Spots” with incredible scenery in all seasons. The “Two Belts”means the Nine Sub Stream and Juhe River while the “Three Scenic Spots” are Nine sub streams, Fairy Cave and Beimencun village.
