To take the advantage of Fanba Expressway in collecting and distributing, alleviate the navigation pressure of China Three Gorges Dam and optimize the transportation structure, the two-year trail differentiated toll will be implemented in Hubei for vehicles passing through the S68 Fanba Expressway by “water-highway-water” transportation means from Jan.1st, 2019 on.

　　It’s reported that vehicles under this preferential policy should coincide with the following requirements: to meet the national standard of vehicles in Limits of dimensions, axle load and masses for motor vehicles, trailers and combination vehicles (GB1589-2016), to take the “water-highway-water” transportation means, and to pass through the point-to-point toll gate which is Zigui Harbor Toll Gate—Yichang Bridge North Toll Gate or Zigui Harbor Toll Gate—Baiyang Toll Gate. Once the above terms and conditions are met, there will be 50% discount for the legal loading part through the Fanba Expressway and no discount for the part exceeding the carrying capacity of highway. For example, there is a vehicle with a weight limit of 36 tons and a total weight of 28 tons which is in cash payment and meets the above requirements. Its toll, started from Zigui Harbor Toll Gate on the Three Gorges Fanba Expressway to Baiyang Toll Gate on Baokang—Yichang Expressway, can be reduced from 300 yuan to 240 yuan, saving 60 yuan each time from Jan. 1st，2019.

　　As the operation and management unit of the Three Gorges Fanba Expressway, Western Hubei Management Office will do a good job in system upgrading, data statistics and data analysis under the requirements of Hubei Traffic and Transportation Department and Hubei Executive Bureau.
