The reporter learnt on 26 December that the reissue of Yichang cultural concession cards (Wenhui) in 2019 would start on January 1st 2019. The government will reissue 10,000 cards to eligible users and the distribution will be ended on 28 February 2019.

　　Yichang cultural concession cards will apply real-name registration, and the eligible users will be limited to those holding residence cards of Yichang. The concession cards will be included and managed by the residence cards system. This card could be used to buy tickets sold by Yichang musical group, Yichang Peking Opera group, Yichang May first theatre (performance company), Yichang theatre, and Chusai theatre from Sanyou Cave Scenic area. The single ticket price for shows provided by Yichang musical group and Yichang Peking Opera group could be covered by the card at a maximum of 100 RMB. The single ticket price for other commercial shows provided by other groups could be covered at a maximum of 60 RMB.
