Keep your belongings in sight to avoid being pick pocketed
In winter, people usually wear more clothes, which caused poor sensitivity. It is just best season for pickpockets.
The police also remind that one must pay special attention to their belongings when out. Valuables like mobile phones and cash, shouldn't be put in the pockets of outerwear.
