The Saidi County Economic Research Center of the Institute of Electronic and Information Industry Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released the White Paper of the Top 100 County Economics in Central China, three of which are located in Yichang, namely Yidu, Zhijiang and Dangyang.

　　The White Paper of the Top 100 County Economics in Central China takes 489 county-leveled administrative divisions in six central provinces except municipal districts as the research subjects.According to the strategic layout of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Promoting the Development of the Central Region, a total of top 100 counties in central China have been claimed based on the evaluation index system of county economic development in the central region which is established from the dimensions of economic scale, development level, investment intensity, innovation vitality, income level and consumption level.

　　It is known that Yidu City ranked 13th, Zhijiang City, Dangyang City ranked 27th and 57th respectively.
