It was learnt on Jan. 14 that the leading group office of Yichang Free Trade Zone has printed plans tore form the process of enterprise deregistration later this month, a solution to the deregistration difficulty.

　　Earlier this month, the Executive Meeting of the State Council pushed forward reform measures to solve the deregistration difficulty that enterprise shad strongly complained about. Yichang Free Trade Zonebeing a national pilot of the reform, the Administration and Service Bureau of the Free Trade Zone, collaborating with the Administration of Industry and Commerce and the Revenue Department, came up with solutions to the limited application scope of simple deregistration, long time of bulletin and low error-tolerant rate on the deregistration process.

　　The scheme points out that the bulletin time of simple deregistration will be reduced from 45 days to 20 days; market entities including unlisted B-share stock companies and specialized farmer cooperatives will be added for application; in terms of fault tolerance, enterprises which are not applicable to the simple deregistration will be allowed to re-apply for it after the disappearance of their abnormal state.

　　In addition, based on the electronic enterprise registration platform of Hubei Government Affairs Service Network, the zone will work with relevant departments to set up the online service for deregistration. When enterprises apply for common or simple deregistration, information will be shared by all departments and guidance will be offered synchronously so that “all-in-one-network” service for enterprise deregistration can be realized.(Reporter Gao Wei, Correspondent Zhou Tingting)
