In addition, vehicles on the Fuhai Road are prohibited from turning left into the Fazhan Avenue.

　　There were also 3 changes along the Aqua Plaza to Beiyuanqiao section. Like one in front of the Administrative Service Center, the zebra crossings in front of the gate of No.8 Middle School and the Administrative Service Center were merged into one， so that the vehicles descending from Beiyuanqiao are forbidden to turn around here, and the vehicles ascending from Aqua Plaza are allowed to turn around here, and then vehicles coming out from the Administrative Service Center are prohibited from turning left; the second one is that the zebra crossing at the footbridge of Dongshan Garden has been cancelled， so that pedestrians who want to cross the street are advised to walk from the footbridge, and it is strictly forbidden to climb over the guardrail; and the third one is at the entrance of Minfu Hospital, where vehicles descending from Beiyuanqiao are allowed to turn around here, but vehicles ascending from Aqua Plaza are not allowed to turned around here.
