According to Xinhua News Agency on February 12th, the three dam projects undertaken by China Yangtze Three Gorges Group Co., Ltd. have made collective appearances on the currency background pattern of the newly issued Sudanese denomination of 100 Sudanese pounds, which is another batch of infrastructure projects with significant impact and landmark significance successfully completed by the Three Gorges Group.

　　The three dam projects are the Merowe Dam Project, the Rosaries Dam Heightening Project, which were organized and implemented by China International Water and Electric Corporation under the Three Gorges Group, and the Upper Atbara Water Conservancy Project jointly implemented by the Three Gorges Group and the China Hydropower Corporation, which are located on the main stream and tributaries of the Nile River "Mother River" in Sudan and are all large-scale integrated hubs that are related to the national economy and people's livelihood of Sudan.

　　According to relevant leaders of the Three Gorges Group, many hydropower projects undertaken by the Three Gorges Group are praised as the "Three Gorges Projects" in the host country. And these hydropower projects are successfully constructed and become the local national currency pattern, which promote the hydropower industry of China, represented by the "China Three Gorges" brand, to go to the world at a higher level.
