The Yuanyan Field Marathon in 2019 is to kick off at 8:00 on March 17th at Yuanyan Century Square. On February 21st, at the Yuan’an Tianye Marathon Investment Promotion Conference, XuGuangbin, Party Secretary and Director of Yuan'an County Cultural, Sports, News broadcast and TV Bureau, introduced that the marathon is divided into six events, namely, men's and women's marathons (42.195 km), men's and women's half marathons (21.0975 km), Mini marathons and family parent-child races (7.5 km).

　　It is reported that the total number of applicants for the event is 8,000, including 1,000 for marathons, 2,000 for half marathons and 5000 for mini marathons and parent-child marathons. At present, the number of participants for the whole marathon and half marathons has exceeded the planned figure, of which 1013 have applied for the whole marathon, 2228 for the half marathon and 2273 for the mini-marathons and parent-child marathons. The official website has closed its application on February 14th, and the county mini-marathon and parent-child race are still in the process of application, which is scheduled to end on February 2th.
