Yichang High-tech Zone Economic Work and the Third-level Cadre Conference was held on February 20, 2019. The conference saw the distribution of activity plan of 100 cadres entering 100 enterprises and a package of announcements including promoting the signing, start-up and commissioning of projects and the implementation measures of accountability for the landing of investment projects, which will serve as strong protection for the realization of 37 new commissioning projects, 72 newly-commenced projects as well as 108 new contracted projects this year.

　　According to the work plan, Yichang High-tech Zone will speed up the cultivation of “Three Major 100-billion-yuan Industries” concerning industrial, logistics and platform economy this year. Focusing on the construction of “369 project” which means that 3 projects are completed, 6 put into operation and 9 contracted each month, efforts will be accelerated to promote the landing of key projects of fine chemicals industries such as 550,000 tons of ammonia alcohol in Hubei Yihua Group and light curing agent in ShenzhenUV-ChemTech LTD. Priority will be given to advancing the project of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District Industrial Cooperation Park to sign the contract of it. Support will be given to the projects of international standard production base for small capacity injections newly made by Humanwell Healthcare, international standard production base for freeze-dried preparations and supporting API workshop as well as implementation of technical upgrading project.

　　At the same time, Yichang High-tech Zone will emphasize on leading enterprises in key areas and introduce high-end projects in industrial chain and value chain, striving to achieve breakthroughs in leading projects with output value exceeding 10 billion and tax revenue exceeding 1 billion.
