"With Two boxes of aircraft maintenance tools ordered from Israel arrived, the long-awaited bonded maintenance business of imported aircrafts will finally come true!" On March 2, the customs and engineers of Bedek LingYun (Yichang) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd (BELINCO）gathered in the Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center to make all efforts to complete the first aircraft conversion order.

　　Three years ago, BELINCO (Yichang) received the first import order of " passenger aircraft conversed to cargo aircraft". However, all maintenance tools are allowed to use in China for only two years without bonded warehouses, which makes it impossible to carry out the work. Enough money and time are both required for a self-build bonded warehouse.

　　Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center accurately meets the needs of enterprises and improves its construction of internal warehouse under the guidance of Yichang Customs and Yichang Bureau of Commerce. At the same time, on the basis of undertaking the third-party management of BELINCO Aircraft Material Storage, Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center innovates cooperation mode of finance lease. The "rent for construction" of shelves enables BELINCO to start the project with the least capital. Also, the center provides import tools for aircraft maintenance and bonded service for aviation materials package which enables BELINCO to perform bonded maintenance without bonded warehouse.

She also told reporters that it took the company three years to make preparations for the bonded aircraft maintenance business and finally landed in the Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center.
