　　The completion and commissioning ceremony of Angel Yeast (Russia) plant was held at 9: 00 a.m. (local time) in the factory area of Dankov on February 27, 2019. Yu Xuefeng, chairman of Angel Yeast, attended the ceremony and told reporters: “After more than three years of construction and trial operation, production and quality indicators of the plant have met design standards, the plant has received acceptance from several regulatory authorities and obtained factory production licenses. Angel Yeast has been deeply rooted in this beautiful land of Lipetsk.”

　　Angel Yeast (Russia) Company is more than 340 km away from Moscow, covering an area of 450 mu, with a total investment of US $100 million and an annual output of 15,000 tons of dry yeast, 15,000 tons of fresh yeast and 30,000 tons of organic fertilizer. The investment agreement of the project was signed in June 2015 followed by the ground breaking in September. It went into trial operation in August 2017.

　　During the trial run, the production and quality of the company has reached the design standards. It has become the most advanced yeast plant in Russia, with the sales revenue reaching 311 million yuan. Most products are exported to the CIS countries, Middle East and African markets. During the construction and trial production of the plant, Angle Yeast had launched a tough market battle in Russia. During the three-year period, a marketing network had covered the whole country and local market distributors were developed from three to more than 200. The average annual growth rate of yeast sales is over 200%, and the market sale in Central Asia has doubled.

　　Angel Yeast (Russia) has won local support and praise for its efficient construction, compliance with regulations and normal production. In December 2018, the company became the only winner of the "Golden Dragon Award” by the Russian Federation of Asian Industrial entrepreneurs. In February 2019, the city of Dankov, Lipetsk, issued the production license to Angel (Russia). At present, Angel Yeast has considered an expansion of the Russian company, raising its total production to 32,000 tons.

　　In 2015, Angle Yeast actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, took the advantages of energy, raw materials and markets of Russia and invested in the local plant construction. This is also the second overseas plant of Angel Company after the construction of Egyptian plant in 2010. Its completion and commissioning will also speed up the internationalization of Angel Yeast.
