On March 12, it’s learned from Yichang Sanxia Airport that from March 31 on, Chinese civil aviation will enter its estivo-autumnal flight season, and the airport is to implement the 2019 estivo-autumnal flight schedule, which will last until October 26 this year. In the new season, newly-added destinations are Xining, Quanzhou, Xuzhou and Huangshan; the flights to Jinan, Wenzhou, Urumqi and Zhuhai will be restored, and the flights to Kunming, Ningbo, Tianjin and Harbin are to be increased. Thus, the airlines of the airport will reach 47, with 35 domestic destination cities and 3 foreign ones. And the layout of its air route network will be further improved and optimized.
A detailed flight plan is as follows:
1. Flight FU6786/FU6785 to Quanzhou by Fuzhou Airlines once a day with Model A320.
2. Flight MU2643/MU2644 from Chengdu to Huangshan by way of Yichang, by China Eastern Airlines once a day with Model B738.
3. Flight GT1041/GT1042 from Xuzhou to Guilin by way of Yichang, by Guilin Airlines once a day with Model B738.
4. Flight 9H8423/9H8424 from Xining to Wenzhou by way of Yichang, by Chang'an Airlines once a day with Model B738.
In addition to the new routes, the airport will continue to operate domestic routes to Baotou, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Shantou, Taiyuan and international routes to Pattaya, Bangkok and Da Nang in the new season.
