On March 29, as Guangzhou Auto Corporation, Trumpchi's 12 million gearbox entered the bonded warehouses of the Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center in Yichang, the center completed 552 numbers of custom declaration, with the value of goods under supervision reaching 0.313 billion, an increase of 120 percent and 83 percent respectively over the same period last year, which exceeded the first-quarter target and ushered in a "good start".

　　It is learned that the Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center (Yichang) has continued to promote the reform of the supervision system during and after the procedure, and has implemented "Summary Taxation", a convenient customs clearance model. In the past, imported goods had to pay customs duties and value-added tax before they could leave the region. Now, enterprises only need to use the letter of guarantee issued by the bank to pick up the goods first and pay taxes together the following month. This reform has accelerated the speed of customs clearance of goods and improved the efficiency of the use of funds. On this basis, the Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center has also tried first to actively explore guarantee services offered by banks and non-bank financial institutions, reducing the cost of guarantees by more than 70%. Guangzhou Auto Corporation, Trumpchi, Lingyun Aircraft and other key projects in the city have chosen Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center warehouses, which has attracted 85 enterprises to do business in the area.
