Three newly added makeshift parking lots with 280 parking spots have been put into operation recently according to the Yichang City Parking Investment and Operation Ltd. on April 11.
The three makeshift parking lots are Er’malu parking lot, Gangwuxincun parking lot and Xiling’erlu parking lot. Located at the intersection of Er’ma Road and Hongxing Road, the Er’ma Road parking lot covers an area of 4200 m2with 120 parking spots. Gangwuxincun parking lot is located near the intersection of Yiling Avenue and Gangyao Road and covers an area of 3850 m2 with 110 parking spots. The Xiling’erlu parking lot, located opposite to the Yichang High School of Science and Technology, covers 1200 m2with 50 parking spots. At present, these parking lots are in the trial operation and citizens have the access to free parking via the YC City Parking App.(Reporter Sun Hongya and correspondent Liu Jiawen)
