On April 25, it's learned from the 2019 estivo-autumnal air travel product launch by Yichang Sanxia Airport that the airport, in cooperation with other major airlines and travel agencies such as Fuzhou Airlines, has launched estivo-autumnal preferential air travel products, offering a maximum 84% discount of ticket prices for some popular routes.

　　According to the report, in its estivo-autumnal flight schedule, the airport will open routes to Quanzhou, Xuzhou and Huangshan, and increase flights to Beijing, Kunming, Ningbo, Hohhot, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Taiyuan, Haikou, Harbin, Sanya and Guilin, and restore those to Xining, Wenzhou, Urumqi, Dalian and Ji’nan. Among the increased flights, those to Beijing will be up to 25 flights per week, the arrival time is distributed in the morning, the noon and the night, and the departure time is mainly at night so as to better meet passengers’ travel needs.

　　On April 28, the airport newly added 3 flights by VietJet Air from Yichang to Yazhuang every two weeks, and so far the airport has 35 domestic destination cities and 3 foreign ones, with a total of 60 routes. The airport will also work together with other airlines to launch a large number of discount tickets for students and summer travelers, and offer a maximum 84% discount for some popular flights.
