Yichang logistics industry has a strong momentum of development, and the market scale has steadily expanded. On May 7, the reporter learned from the Municipal Logistics Development Center that in the first quarter of this year, the overall logistics operation of Yichang maintained a steady development. The total social logistics volume reached 261.4 billion yuan, an increase of 14.9% over the same period last year, and the growth rate was 4.9 percentage points higher than the same period last year.

　　In terms of growth rate, except for the decline of the growth rate of total agricultural products logistics amount, the growth rate of industrial products logistics, external inflow logistics, renewable resources logistics, unit and resident logistics is higher than that of the same period last year. Among them, the growth rate of unit and resident logistics is the highest, mainly stemming from the considerably increased total volume of postal express business.

　　In the first three months of this year, the operating income of 48 key logistics enterprises in Yichang was 1.64 billion yuan, an increase of 16.2% over the same period of last year; the trading volume of 10 key logistics parks was 16.3 billion yuan, and the trading volume of 6 parks exceeded 100 million yuan, of which that of the Three Gorges logistics parks reached 13.8 billion yuan.
