　　It is reported that those registered urban unemployed personnel,people with difficulties in finding jobs,demobilized and retired serviceman, emancipists, college graduates, workers who dissolved excess capacity and unemployed personnel,returned entrepreneurial migrant workers, network merchants, registered poverty-stricken people and rural self-employed farmers can apply for business licenses in accordance with the law. Those people who start their own businesses in Yichang can apply for the business guaranteed loan.The maximum amount of individual application for entrepreneurship guarantee loan is not more than 200,000 yuan. A "bundled" loan may be implemented for partnership operation and small and micro enterprises with a total amount not exceeding 1 million yuan as a whole and no more than 200,000 yuan per person. The duration of the loan is two years with three times of full financial discounts. Citizens who intend to apply for entrepreneurship guaranteed loans can log on "Citizen eHome" APP.
