On May 25, Yichang has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Neusoft. The two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in five areas－development of health data resources, operation and management of big data on medical health, construction of a call center, production of medical equipment－to build a national first-class big data industrial park. Zhou Ji, secretary of the Yichang Municipal Committee of CPC, and Liu Jiren, chairman and CEO of Neusoft attended the event.

　　According to the agreement, Neusoft and its subsidiaries will jointly develop the Neusoft Big Data Industry Park with Yichang and build it into a smart science and technology park which integrates data utilization, service outsourcing, health care, scientific and technological innovative R&D and manufacturing, culture and education, high-end talent residence, etc. Specific cooperation programs include: the research and development base of Neusoft Health Center, the Big Data Operation and Management Center which integrates the five platforms of the Medical Insurance Big Data Service Platform, "Kangyang+" Service Platform, the Neusoft Cloud Hospital Central Platform, the Yichang Image Cloud Platform, the Yichang Remote Guidance Center of Stroke Treatment and the Yichang Cancer Radiotherapy Center, the regional headquarter project of Neusoft Call Center, medical equipment production project and innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation project.

The company has cooperated with Yichang in many fields with 18 projects totaling more than 70 million yuan. On March 16 this year, the main officials of the municipal party committee visited Neusoft in Shenyang and the two sides exchanged views on deepening strategic cooperation.
