On May 27, Yin Baohua, in charge of Hubei Zhennuo Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., acquired the business license at the enterprise registration window of the Municipal Administration Bureau of Government Affairs and Big Data, and also received three seals, namely, the administrative, financial and invoice seals of the company, all free of charge, which means the official end of the era of charged seal-engraving for newly founded enterprises in Yichang.

　　According to the production cost of 90 yuan for each official seal, the enterprise has saved 270 yuan only in this procedure in addition to the trouble of doing the legwork to handle the seal-engraving. The person in charge of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau said that from the day on, all newly-founded enterprises registered in the city can receive free seals, and their legal persons can receive the administrative seal, financial seal and invoice seal free of charge; their subsidiary branches can get an administrative seal for free. When applying for the establishment of an enterprise, its legal persons and branches can choose the official seal-engraving unit independently, and receive the free seals together with their business licenses.

　　At present, the city has implemented a one-window acceptance of the five steps required for the establishment of enterprises, including registration of establishment, official seal engraving, application for invoices, registration of social security and registration of provident fund, which can be completed in 3 working days.
