Being understood as one of the first foreign customers settled in Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center, Shanghai Zongying mainly deals in alloy materials in high-end fields such as oil drilling and aviation equipment manufacturing. Previously, the company's imported goods were transferred in Shanghai, with high labor costs and long freight cycle. After choosing Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center as raw material import and domestic market distribution center, the delivery time has been reduced from the longest 30 days to half a day, with the freight transportation cycle greatly shortened and the labor cost considerably saved at the same time.
“Every customer in the domestic market can be taken full account of after we take Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center as the distribution center.’’ said Hu Xiaoting. In order to meet the warehousing needs of large quantities of imported steel bars, Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center has also built a storage rack for alloy steel bars in the warehouse to build a professional aviation material warehouse. After the goods are settled in, Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center itself will handle a series of tedious processes including cargo selection and distribution, truck shunting and loading, customs declaration and tax payment as well as transportation and distribution, which can free the worries of enterprises with such "nanny" service.
