Yichang City's two enterprises are listed as the first batch of "Little Giants" enterprises specializing in new products in China

  Recently 248 enterprises have been confirmed by The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China as the first batch of specialist and new "Little Giant" enterprises. Yichang Nangbo Photoelectric Glass Co., Ltd. and Heixuanfeng Sawing Co., Ltd. are on the list. The news was learnt from the Municipal Economic and Credit Bureau on June 24.

  Yichang Nangbo Photoelectric Glass Co., Ltd. has become the first domestic enterprise capable of producing 0.2mm ultra-thin medium aluminium electronic glass in volume, breaking the monopoly of American, Japanese and German enterprises in related fields at home, filling the gap in the domestic market and making 0.2mm ultra-thin photoelectric glass products truly made in China. The technical indexes of the products have reached the first-class international level.

  The product specifications of Heixuanfeng Sawing Co., Ltd. have been developed from 1600 mm Single diameter saw blade base at the beginning of plant construction to 14 series and more than 5,000 varieties. The production level of diamond saw blade base has reached the international advanced level, and the production level of cemented carbide saw blade base has reached the domestic leading and international advanced technology level.

  According to the introduction, the specialized and new "Little Giant" enterprises refer to the leading enterprises focusing on market segmentation, strong innovation ability, and high market share, mastery of key core technologies and excellent quality and efficiency. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has provided four special indicators for the enterprises to be evaluated, namely, economic benefit, specialization, innovation ability and management.
