“Yihong Tea”is famous all over the world. On June 26, 2019 Yichang Tea Quality Assessment Conference and Regional Public Brand-“Yichang Yihong”(Black Tea)Conference were held in the urban area.Mr. Yuan weidong, deputy secretary of municipal party committee and secretary of municipal political and legal committee,delivered a speech at the conference.Lu Chengyin, deputy director of the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and municipal leaders Kong Fusheng, Liu Hongfu, Chen Hechun attended the meeting and unveiled the new brand image of regional public brand-“Yichang Yihong”(Yichang Black Tea).

　　At the conference, the official in charge of Hangzhou Mangzhi Brand Management Co., Ltd. introduced the creative process, brand connotation and symbol creativity of “Yichang Yihong”. The Municipal Tea Industry Association signed an agreement with 10 first batches of enterprises approved to use regional public brand–“Yichang Yihong”, such as Xiao's Tea Industry,and announced the results of the 2019 Yichang tea quality appraisal, which was awarded Yichang Yihong Gold, Silver and Copper. The award-winning Hubei Yihong Tea Co., Ltd. and other 10 companies and the Yichang five famous green tea and Yichang three famous teas, such as Hubei Caihua Tea Co., Ltd. and Xinding Biotechnology Co., Ltd., were awarded.Participants also watched the brand promotional film of "Yichang Yihong".
