The reporter learned from Yichang Customs on June 26 that from January to May in 2019, the total import and export value of Yichang was 7.3 billion yuan, an increase of 9.7% compared with the same period of last year (the same below), of which exports reached 6.27 billion yuan, an increase of 13.2%,and imports reached 1.03 billion yuan, a decrease of 7.7%.

　　Yichang's foreign trade imports and exports are dominated by the general trade mode, with import and export value reaching 5.67 billion yuan, an increase of 21.5%,of which goods of 4.99 billion yuan were exported, an increase of 23.2%,and goods of 680 million yuan were imported, an increase of 10.6%. The value of import and export goods of bonded regulatory sites reached 130 million yuan,increased by 1.8 times, including goods of 40 million yuan for export,an increase of 1.4 times,and goods of 80 million yuan for import,an increase of 1.9 times.

　　Private enterprises account for more than half of the total value. From January to May, the import and export value of private enterprises in Yichang was 3.8 billion yuan, an increase of 29.3%, accounting for 52.1% of the total import and export value of Yichang in the first quarter of 2019, that of state-owned enterprises was 1.94 billion yuan, and that of foreign-invested enterprises was 1.55 billion yuan.
