On June 29th, the Municipal Education Bureau of Yichang officially announced that the primary and secondary students in the whole country can enjoy the subsidy for travel study in Yichang, which is 50 yuan to 160 yuan per person per day at the National Research and Practice Education Camp Management Experience Seminar and the National Initiative Practice Education Camp Community Inaugural Meeting held in Yichang,
This policy for economic development is made according to the“Administrative Measures for the Funding of Research and Tourism Activities for the Youth Comprehensive Lottery School of Yichang City (Trial)”(hereinafter referred to as the“Subsidy Measures”), which has just been issued by the Municipal Education Bureau, and the“National Primary and Secondary Schools Applying for Central Special Funds for the Workflow of Student Assistance for Study Travel”(hereinafter referred to as the “Subsidy Process”) formulated by the Municipal Youth Comprehensive Practice School.
At the end of 2018, the Municipal Youth Comprehensive Practice School became one of the three national demonstration camps, and assumed the mission and responsibility of“take Yichang as the base,play as a lead in the central area and demonstrate as a model nationwide.” The Ministry of Education will award 120 million yuan for the two consecutive year to allow more primary and secondary school students to enjoy the welfare.In May of this year,the“Subsidy Measures”and the“Subsidy Process”were formulated in Yichang.
According to the“Subsidy Measures”,the travel study with financial subsidy refers to the travel activities of primary and secondary students after the application and approval of the Yichang Youth Comprehensive Practice School. In principle, the travel study of primary and secondary students is within 5 days per period, and high school students’is within 7 days, each student can enjoy a subsidy in each school segment.
“Three Gorges Action”refers to primary and secondary school students in the urban districts and cities of Yichang City (including Yichang City) conduct research and practice activities in Yichang, the subsidy standard is 50 yuan per person per day.
“Jinchu Action”means the travel activity of primary and secondary school students in Yichang to other cities and states in Hubei province or the opposite, the subsidy standard is 80 yuan per person per day.
“Huaxia Action”refers tothe activities of primary and secondary students to other province or the opposite, the subsidy standard is 100 yuan per person per day.
“Dandelion Charity Action”refers to primary and middle school students from countryside in Yichang city and counties participate in the “Country Children Visiting the City” public welfare activities advocated by the Ministry of Education, the subsidy standard is 100 yuan per person per day.
The special areas such as Xinjiang and Tibet approved by the Municipal Education Bureau and the delegations of primary and middle school students at home and abroad come to Yichang to carry out research and exchange activities,the subsidy standard is 160 yuan per person per day.(the consumption below the subsidy standard calculates according to actual consumption).
In order to promote the effective implementation of the activities, a detailed “Subsidy Process”has been formulated by the Municipal Youth Comprehensive Practice School.
