  On the afternoon of July 13, the Xiling Police Station of Xiling Public Security Bureau received a call, saying that an old foreigner lost his way on the street. On-duty policeman Li Wenhua and his assistant Gong Zeyin immediately rushed to the scene to communicate patiently with him in English. The police learned that he came from Sao Paulo, Brazil. He traveled to China in May and arrived in Yichang on July 12. On July 13, after visiting the Three Gorges Dam, here turned to Yichang City and found that he couldn't find the hotel. Unfortunately,his phone was out of service because of an over duebill and he was unable to contact the hotel.

  Knowing the needs of the elderly, the police quickly took him to the mobile business hall to charge for the mobile phone. According to his description, the police searched around Yiling Square for the hotel. Soon, the old man pointed to a hotel on Xilinghoulu Road and claimed, "Here, here."
