It’s recently learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that in order to further implement the policy of reducing administrative fees, the commission has made the ninth dynamic adjustment to the charging items, charging standards and charging basis on the city’s four charging lists by lowering 3 administrative fees and exempting 2 such fees.
The items involved in the reduction of administrative fees in the city are as follows:
(1) Real estate registration for garages, parking spaces and storerooms are lowered from 550 yuan to 80 yuan for each.
(2) For private travel, the charging standard of ordinary passports is cut down from 160 yuan to 120 yuan for each, and that of permits to Hong Kong and Macao from 80 yuan to 60 yuan for each.
(3) Fee for trademark renewal registration goes down from 1000 yuan to 500 yuan, and that for trademark change abates from 250 yuan to 150 yuan.
(4)Authentication of commercial documents, civil documents, certification commission(limited to state agencies), and personnel contract arbitration are free of charge now.
The exempted administrative fees for the following items in the city:
(1)Real estate registration including registration of a change or correction of registration, registration of real estate rights such as contracted management rights of farm land, grassland and other lands.
(2)Real estate registration for poverty-alleviation relocation projects.
(3)The relocated construction of air defense basement in the poverty-alleviation relocation projects in which air defense basement cannot be built due to geological conditions.
The Municipal Development and Reform Commission will timely deliver to the municipal market supervision department for investigation and punishment those price violations including failure to cancel, reduce, or exempt charges according to the time limits stipulated by the state and the province, setting up of unauthorized charging items, illegal expansion of charging scope, or raising charging standard.
