On August 1, Yichang Sanxia Airport started the "paperless" flight service. Passengers can check in directly through the Umetrip APP and go through customs clearance procedures such as security check-in and boarding with electronic boarding pass. The provision of paperless service embodies not only the practice of "true love service", but also an important step forward in the construction of smart airport.

　　It is reported that with the "paperless" flight service, passengers can travel easily only by using their mobile phones. According to the pre-test, every passenger can save an average time of 30 minutes! It should be noted that in order to ensure the smooth travel, all passengers are requested to use the same valid identity card when they go through the procedures of ticket purchase, check-in and security check-in, so as to avoid the errors of flight identification.

Completing online check-in procedures through the Umetrip APP or airline self-help channels (official APP, Wechat and website) and obtaining the QR code boarding pass (passengers carrying babies and children or needing other services also need to go to the airport check-in counter for relevant procedures).

　　2. Processing security clearance procedures by means of the electronic boarding pass and valid identity documents (only access to general inspection).

　　3. Showing the electronic boarding pass and checking in at the boarding gate (passengers transferring at Yichang Sanxia Airport will be provided with a transfer pass).
