A variety of scams is hard to be prevented, and scammers even use AI technology. On August 14, the Consumer Association issued a reminder，warning customers to mainly focus on preventing four "changeable" AI scams.

　　These four types of AI scams include WeChat voice forwardness, voice synthesis, AI face changing, and screening the potential subjects through AI technology. Among them, the main form of forwarding WeChat voice is that after stealing the WeChat account，the scammers will put forward a transfer requests to the friends on the Wechat account. In order to be believable, the scammers will forward someone’s previous voice and obtain the money. If scammers extract someone's voice by making harassing calls, and synthesize the voice materials, then implement the defraud through the forged voice, this is so-called sound synthesis.

　　Municipal Consumer Association warmly prompt that consumers should follow "three principles" to be vigilant against fraud: first of all, multiple verification. When it comes to money, we need to raise security awareness and confirm whether the other party is the person himself by telephone and video. When we can't confirm the identity, we can set the arrival time as "2 hours to arrive " or "24 hours to arrive" to reserve time to handle those potential problems. In addition, we can choose to remit money to the other bank instead of transferring money through social tools such as Wechat. Secondly, personal information protection. We should enhance the awareness of personal information protection to prevent scammers from using AI technology to obtain a large amount of personal information and analyze the corresponding personality and demand tendency of the data, so as to confirm their potential targets. Finally, mutual reminding and joint prevention. Young people should do a good job of propaganda and prevention of all kinds of scams to the seniors at home in time. They should remind and warn the seniors that whenever they receive phone calls and text messages, they should guard against those strange people and things in case of being deceived.
