Since August, Yichang Municipal Taxation Bureau has taken the lead in launching the pilot of free trans-regional relocation of taxpayers in Yichang of Hubei Free Trade Zone. If taxpayers go to the tax authorities for trans-regional relocation due to the change of their residence and business place, tax cancellation is abolished, their tax qualifications, invoice information and tax reporting obligations are all retained, and are automatically extended to the place of relocation, which can realize tax and invoice transfer.

　　It is reported that this is the first time in Hubei Province that Yichang has truly realized the free relocation of taxpayers throughout the city.

　　According to the relevant person in charge of Yichang Municipal Tax Bureau, compared with the traditional relocation, the trans-regional relocation has made innovations in many ways: first, it is not required to provide proof of relocation, and the tax authorities confirm and handle it according to the relevant information transmitted by the market supervision department; second, there is no need to fill in the application form during the whole relocation process; third, there is no threshold, that is, no tax inspection and liquidation , no collection of invoices, and no payment of taxes owed , and no artificial additional process for handling; the fourth is to do it immediately, that is to say, for taxpayers who meet the conditions, it will be settled immediately now instead of being settled in a limited time in the past; fifth, remote control, that is, the tax authorities conduct remote dynamic monitoring through the China Taxation Administration Information System of the third phase of the Golden Taxation Project , to prevent the risk of relocation.

　　The Yichang Tax Bureau has also carried out process re-engineering for trans-regional relocation, compressed the intermediate link, changing the original cancellation module to direct adjustment of the competent tax authorities. The transfer information initiated by the tax service office can go directly to the Tax Collection and Management Department of the Municipal Tax Bureau, and then a professional person responds quickly to complete the entire work process immediately.

　　It is understood that the trans-regional free relocation model for taxpayers will be implemented throughout Yichang from September 1.
