"For the first time, 40 tourism market entities from 9 cities in 5 provinces along the Road of Wang Zhaojun’s Peace-making Marriage have initially cooperated to build the Road into a boutique tourism route with national characteristics.” This is the news informed from the inaugural meeting of Zhaojun Cultural Tourism Alliance on September 12.

　　From Zhaojun's birthplace – Xingshan County, to her marriage place - Xi'an, and then to her peace-making marriage place-Huhhot, the road of peace-making marriage covers more than 30 counties (banners) in 9 cities (prefectures) of 5 provinces (autonomous regions).

　　The nine cities are Huhhot, Baotou and Ordos in Inner Mongolia, Xi'an and Yulin in Shaanxi, Shuozhou in Shanxi, Nanyang in Henan, Yichang and Shennongjia.

　　“Three glorious areas along the way”. The Road of Peace-making Marriage spans the Yangtze River civilization, the Yellow River civilization and the grassland civilization. Zhaojun Culture is influential in national background, broad mass base and international culture. The first batch of nine cooperative cities are rich in tourism resources, with 13 national 5A scenic spots and 122 4A scenic spots.

　　The establishment of Zhaojun Cultural Tourism Alliance will implement some tourism strategies, such as the unification of industrial brand, industrial integration, operation standards, marketing linkage, and so on. It will also promote the integration of Zhaojun Cultural Tourism and accelerate the development of "the Road of Zhaojun’s Peace-making Marriage" into a boutique tourism route with national characteristics.
