Yichang Aircraft Maintenance Project ushered in "burden alleviation"! Reporters learned from Yichang Customs yesterday that recently, the Ministry of Commerce, together with the General Administration of Customs, approved Bedek Lingyun (Yichang) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. to carry out the global maintenance business of aircraft and its components in a tax-free manner outside the special supervision area of Yichang Customs. This is one of the first batch of four bonded maintenance projects outside the supervision area approved by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs in China, also the first bonded maintenance project outside the supervision area in Hubei Province.
According to Yichang Customs, the approval of bonded maintenance outside the supervision area means that there is no need for guarantees when the aircraft and aircraft materials to be repaired are declared and imported. It is estimated that the annual guarantee fee will be saved by about 1 million yuan, which will help to further reduce the occupancy of enterprise funds. At the same time, it also speeds up the clearance time of goods, shortens the delivery time for enterprises, and facilitates aircraft maintenance enterprises to carry out maintenance business.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the first bonded maintenance business of incoming aircraft, Yichang Customs has stepped in advance to "tailor-make" the customs supervision scheme for the enterprise, to guide the enterprise to make preparatory preparations, ensuring that the enterprise enjoys the "benefits" brought by the new supervision method, and realizes the effective supervision and healthy development of bonded maintenance projects.
