On October 20, it’s learned that the interactive teaching platform of Tujia Sayerhe 3D animation was officially released in Changyang recently, and it is the first interactive display platform created as an intangible cultural heritage project in the country.

　　The platform was jointly developed by the National Cultural Industry Research Center of the Central China Normal University, Changyang National Folk Traditional Culture Protection Center and Ziqiu National Culture Museum. The research center used 3D animation capture technology to shoot the actions of the inheritors, converted them into cartoons, and gradually modified the actions to transform them into animation.

　　Through the platform, learners can watch the animation on software at any time, can adjust viewing angles at will, choose different display scenes, or wear VR glasses to realize 3D interaction in the learning of Tujia Sayerhe. (Reporter: Yang Chunyan; Correspondent: Zhang Yinghui)
