"Three groups of samples were submitted for urgent detection of more than 30 indicators at the beginning of November, but I didn't expect to get the report in five days..." On Nov. 22, the Three Gorges Public Inspection and Testing Center (TPITC) opened a "green channel", providing efficient technical support for Xingfa Group to sign orders with customers in time. The head of the group's quality management department praised it repeatedly.

　　Since the end of October, TPITC has promoted the theme education of "Remaining True to our original aspiration and keeping the mission firmly in mind", further consolidated the work effect of solving problems for enterprises and departments, formulated and issued the inspection and testing "green channel" service system, and formed a long-term mechanism of rapid response to and timely service for testing demands. Since the implementation of the system, the center has carried out more than 100 batches of detections through the "green channel", involving over 200 indicators.

　　It is said that the application for "green channel" service needs to meet one of the following ten situations: emergent detection of food (grain and oil), drug, cosmetics, industrial product (commodity) safety; detection for law enforcement and case handling in supervision and law enforcement departments; inspection and detection related to food safety emergency drill; urgent inspection and detection of enterprise products entering the store; urgent inspection and detection for changes in enterprise production process; urgent inspection and detection for enterprise product inspection and settlement; urgent inspection and detection for enterprise product import and export; urgent inspection and detection for enterprise to handle relevant production and operation certificates; urgent inspection and detection for departments and enterprises to participate in bidding; urgent inspection and detection for other situations.

　　Samples entering the "green channel" will be given priority for acceptance, distribution to inspection departments, detection, report issuance and notification of detection results. Under the premise of legality and compliance, the center is committed to shorten sample detection cycle and issue test reports quickly to meet the urgent inspection need of social units, enterprises and citizens.
