　　“Our caviar products have long occupied a large high-end market and seen a year-by-year growth in the Middle East, the Europe and the United States,” said Yang Jianwen, the qualitycontrol manager. Since Russia is the world’s largest consumer of sturgeon and caviar, the companyis on the way to developing the Russian market. Early in 2016, the company reached anagreement of cooperation with a Russian sturgeon producerfor registrationin Russia. Now, the company has obtained the export registration qualification, which means a significant step to expandthe overseas market.
