On Nov. 28, a contract-signing ceremony of November major projects was staged, with a total investment of 8.53 billion yuan for 21 projects. Municipal Party Secretary Zhou Ji witnessed the ceremony and met with business representatives as Yan Zhi, president of ZALL Holding Co. Ltd. Zhang Jiasheng, deputy Municipal Party Secretary and mayor, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

　　It is learnt that ZALL Holdings will invest about 3.8 billion Yuan in Yi Chang for the project of ZALL-Yichang Aerotropolis. It will create a national famous aviation-tourism complex, with aviation industry as the core, combining exhibition, general aviation manufacturing and R&D, culture, tourism and recreation. It is comprised of four functional areas: business exhibition district, industrial innovation district, high-end commercial district and aviation community.

　　The 21 projects include 14 industrial projects with an agreed investment of 3.91 billion yuan and 7 modern service projects with an agreed investment of 4.62 billion yuan. According to the source of projects, there are seven projects from Central China with an agreed investment of 4.65 billion yuan, five projects from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with an agreed investment of 1.705 billion yuan, six projects from the Pearl River Delta with an agreed investment of 755 million yuan and three projects from the Yangtze River Delta with an agreed investment of 1.42 billion yuan.
