On December 9th, the four-day 28th China Food Expo and China International Food Trade Fair ended in Wuhan. During the exhibition, Yichang’s native products and famous dishes were favored by Wuhanese, with on-site sales amounting to more than 200,000 yuan and on-site signing of orders of 300 million yuan.

　　At the food expo, Yichang Municipal Bureau of Commerce elaborately invited 17 outstanding agro-product manufacturing enterprises such as Hubei Laobawang Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. and Hubei Tulaohan Ecological and Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. to exhibit their products, which attracted a large number of visitors to taste and buy. Two catering companies from Yichang appeared in the Chu cuisine section at the fair, and their famous dishes such as "Tujia Lifting Grid" left everyone with an unforgettable taste of Yichang. Integrated with the long history and culture of the city, such local special products as the Qing Dynasty tribute Longmen Yidao tea sends out ancient charm, while Laobawang flavor fish and Yuanye-style soy sauce highlight the inheritance and innovation of the local food culture.
