The reporter learned from the Traffic Police Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau on December 17 that according to the municipal engineering construction arrangements, the reconstruction and upgrading project of the inner wall of Beihai Road Tunnel and Dalian Road Tunnel in the High-tech Zone will be carried out in the near future. In order to ensure the safe and smooth road traffic during the construction period and make the project successfully completed, the detachment decided to implement traffic control on the Beihai Road Tunnel and the Dalian Road Tunnel during the construction period.

　　The construction arrangements and traffic control measures are as follows: the reconstruction period is from December 18 to January 6, 2020, and the fully enclosed construction will be implemented from 22:00 to 6:00 am the next day. Traffic control measures are that during the period of fully enclosed construction, motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles, and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through Beihai Road Tunnel and Dalian Road Tunnel.
