After thetransparency of the kitchen, accepting social supervision is inseparable from the projectof the "clean and tidy kitchen". On December 19th, Huang Chuanxi, the director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, led a team to Gaojialing Primary School to check the construction of the canteen "clean and tidy kitchen" project, and conducted video surveillance, raw material purchase inspection, registration of licenses, and the examination of environmental sanitation of the operation site . So far, all the 850 school canteens in our city have completed the construction of “clean and tidy kitchen”project, taking the lead in achieving full coverage in the province.
Five years of continuous efforts, "clean and tidy kitchen" has become the standardofall canteensof Yichang’sschools. As the first pilot projects for the construction in the province and the country, Yichang officially started the construction from 2014, placing key parts and links of catering services under social supervision to achieve "clean and tidy kitchen," focusing on solving the problems of the messy rear kitchen. “Clean kitchen and transparentoperation”was explicitly proposed as the main principle, to guide school kindergartens to set up monitoring in key areas such as raw material processing room, cutting and matching room, cooking room, cold dish room, tableware decontamination room and warehouse, etc. The operation spotsare synchronouslydisplayedtogether with the dining places and Internet terminals. All these help to createa comprehensive tripartite monitoring platform for schools, parents and supervision departments.
According to the report, up to now, Taohualing Kindergarten is the first in the city to introduce a 3G canteen smartmanagement system. The system monitors the operation of the canteen throughout the entire process, and pushes video screen shots of irregular operation behaviors to management personnel through automatic identification, automatic judgment, and automatic tracking.
