Yichang Museum will launch the renewed hall of"Memory of Yichang"and more elements of the ancientstreetswill be added to show the features of ancient Yichang.

　　The "Memory of Yichang" copiesthe most representative buildings with Yichang characteristics selected from the original streets of the ancient city. Erya Street, which was originally located between Yichang Ancient City College and Xianfu Road, Mochi Academy, one of the "Three Academies" in Yichang in the Qing Dynasty, as well as photo studiosandshopswill all be displayedin the renewedhall. The bricks, tiles, tables and chairs appearing in the exhibition hall are all old objects collected by Yichang Museum in urban development. Among them, in the Living Function Area, there will also be concentrated exhibitions of ancientYichang’s talented craftsmen like cottonspinning shop, bamboo shopand blacksmith shop.
