The groundbreaking ceremony of the project of TUS-EST Yichang Headquarters washeld on December 27. TUS-ESTTechnology Development Co,Ltd.and Xiling District signed the "TUS-ESTHigh-Tech Industrial Center Operating Partner Agreement".

　　The project covers a total area of 5,433.27 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 38,659.68 square metersanda total investment of more than 500 million yuan. It comprises the headquarters and the high-tech industrial center.Withthe signing of the "PartnerAgreement", the three projects of the headquarters of TUS-ESTHazardous WastesDisposal, Environmental Industry Fund, and TUS Eco-Environment Industry Accelerator will soon be settled in Yichang, which will effectively connect with multiplecapital, technologyandhuman resources of Tsinghua University, TsinghuaTUS andTUS-EST. And this will further providea new engine and new support for Yichang to vigorously develop a service-oriented economy with the headquarters economy as the leader and commercial buildings as the vehicle.
