We decide to carry out traffic control measures for roads in urban areas of Yichang in order to effectively cut off the transmission of the novel coronavirus, resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic, and ensure the safety and health of people according to Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and the Emergency Regulations Regarding Emergency Public Health Incidents. Some related notices are as follow:

　　Firstly, traffic control takes effect from 1 a.m. on 2 February, 2020.

　　Secondly, controlled roads are as follows: the junction of the East Lake 1st Road and the Yanjiang Avenue, the intersection of the East Lake 1st Road and North Gate Waizhengjie Road, the intersection of the East Lake 1st Road and the Qiaohu 2nd Road, the back platform of Jindihua City along the Yiling Avenue, the entrance of Parking Lot of Xindao International Hotel along the Dongshan Avenue, the crossing of the Stadium Road and the Dongtiqiao Road, the place of Longmenjia in Development Park of the Xiling District along the Yellow River Road, the intersection of the Yemingzhu Road and the Shahe Road, the Three Gorges Expressway Entrance on the Yemingzhu Road, the crossing of the Xiba Road and the Xiba 4th Road and the junction of the Peace Road and the Xiba 4th Road.

　　Thirdly, all motor vehicles are strictly prohibited in control areas (except police cars, ambulances, emergency vehicles and life support vehicles).
